CHALLENGE
This water delivery business was experiencing operational inefficiencies and increased costs due to drivers attempting to contact customers at off-times. Since the drivers were not in contact with customers in real time, the customer demand plan did not match the delivery schedule. Working off old information, drivers were delivering too many or not enough cases of water.

SOLUTION
Implemented a text based messaging program to confirm with customers if, and to what extent, service was needed.
RESULTS
Improved logistic efficiencies that led to both increased profits and a better customer experience. Opening a dialogue with customers improved customer relationships.

Better Surveys

 

CHALLENGE
Amidst a global pandemic, NYC Department needed to survey the same people multiple times. It was critical that New York City get real time participation in a health survey to help protect the health of its citizens. The department didn’t have an app, but still needed to do this in a personalized way.
SOLUTION
Built a cloud-based system for sending bulk text messages, two way message threads, auto responders, and personalized unique short links to drive to unique landing pages. The Klickrr platform allowed the City to securely maintain and transmit phone numbers and data. They were able to send each respondent their own unique link to the survey.
RESULTS
Sending each respondent their own unique link improved survey engagement by reducing the number of times participants needed to click in order to access Healthy NYC survey.

CHALLENGE
This business was spending large sums of money on traditional marketing channels to promote ghostwriting and publishing services to authors. They needed a low cost channel with higher conversion rates.
SOLUTION
Built a custom, high volume texting system that sends over 50,000 messages per day to promote its services.
RESULTS
Increased lead conversion vs. legacy marketing outreach by over 50% user lower budget for maximum program efficiency.

CHALLENGE
Celebrating 30 years of existence, the Open & Out (O&O) Employee Resource Group (ERG) wanted to celebrate PRIDE Month 2023 in a big way to commemorate the progress and draw awareness to the experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community.
SOLUTION
Organize a Flag Raising Ceremony and PRIDE Parade in the office with corresponding virtual broadcast to create big moment for PRIDE Month and drive signups for the ERG. Created full run of show for program that included remarks from Executive Sponsors, flag raising, campus parade, and indoor & outdoor vendor activations and ERG Fair.
RESULTS
More than 250 attendees in person and virtual. Increased awareness and drove ERG signups

CHALLENGE
The Head of Culturally Inclusive & Relevant (CIR) Marketing sought to build new capability across Johnson & Johnson Marketing organization. The learning Summit series was created to build foundational learning of the new multicultural marketing approach as well as share strategy and activation tools.
SOLUTION
Partner with agency of record to provide additional bandwidth and ensure Head of CIR Marketing’s vision pulled through in the execution of the learning summit. Contracted with Healthcare Providers to speak directly to employees about the impact of multicultural program on their offices. Built and internal website to house and share content.
RESULTS
Led pull-through of content to CIR Marketing Microsite for ongoing resource, training, and development. Over 1000 Leaders trained on Multicultural Marketing
